Overall, with this package I come in ONE MONTH before because you are a DIY Bride who just needs a little guidance while YOU plan your day!

  • FREE consultation to explain the coordination process
  • Unlimited phone & email communication
  • Contact all vendors to verify details of their services
  • Venue walk-through to establish plan for wedding day
  • Organize wedding rehearsal
  • Develop wedding day itinerary
  • Oversee vendor setup at ceremony & reception site
  • Décor setup per your instructions
  • Distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
  • Provide Bridal Emergency Kit
  • Oversee ushers & guest seating
  • Properly line up processional & cue musicians
  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony
  • Coordinate with DJ/Band all announcements/events during reception
  • Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances
  • Be prepared to meet any emergency situation
  • Assist with breakdown of venue at the end of the reception
  • Average coverage of 12-14 hours of service on wedding day (*not limited to)
  • Use of Hankal Events decor items and accent pieces.
